Exhibitor Information
Our show depends on exhibitors, they make-up the greater portion of our show. We have yet to not find room for a worthy exhibit. Exhibits are expected to be old engines or tractors, or old engine powered equipment of about 35 years old or older. The exhibit does not have to be fully restored and looking 'show-room' new, but must be a worthy exhibit. No advance notice or registration is required. Items not fitting the theme of our show or in general bad taste will not be allowed on the grounds.
Registration is required of all exhibits and must take place as soon as your equipment/exhibit is placed. Register at the NIHPA booth located in the west barn.
Two passes will be issued for use during the show. Other passes can be purchased for $3.00 each. Gate fee is $5.00 per person over the age of 12 if you do not have a pass. Children under the age of 12 are free.
NIHPA takes reasonable precautions for the safety of exhibits, but will not be responsible for vandalism, theft, or destruction by other means. Security is on grounds through the night on days of show.
Set up time starts 10:00am Tuesday before show. Limited primitive camping is available on a first come, first served basis. NIHPA booth has additional information on nearby campgrounds and lodging.
Exhibitors will be placed by show committee chairpersons. NIHPA Directors will have the final say if a problem or question comes up.
Show hours are Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm, and Sunday 9:00am - 4:00pm.
Exhibitors are required to park their vehicles in spaces indicated. Trailer and semi parking is available is designated lots. Loading dock is available.
Garden Tractors must have mower decks removed. The only exception being if it is an integral part of the unit. Tractors with mounted or attached equipment, such as front-end loader or sickle bars, may be required to have the teeth or forks guarded to prevent spearing or snagging. Also Power-Take-Off shafts may be required to be disconnected unless operating in a demonstration area.
